Team Running!

The Toronto Corporate Run is an after-work 5km Run / Walk event for any and all types of fitness levels! Competitive and Recreational Teams comprise of 4 members, either all-male, all-female or mixed (2 and 2) and once you cross the chip-timed finish line your scores are added up to give you a Team Time.

Everyone gets an accurate finish time of course, and you can also just bring One BIG Megateam and compete for special prizes in the non-competitive categories. There is no minimum or maximum size team in theory but if you are a solopreneur participating on your own you will finish first in your own category!

Prizes and Trophies are available for Open Male, Female and Mixed Teams, Best Team Spirit, Biggest Fundraising Team, and Largest Mega Team! In 2024 we will continue to add new charity partners to really bump up our total fundraising goal. Now your company can align itself with a great cause at the same time. Larger companies can enter as many teams as they want. Maybe Accounting finally gets to one-up Finance? Sales and Marketing get to go head to head finally to see who is better! Administration versus Executives... let's see who really carries the company! For competitive scoring, if ONE member of a 4-person team does not finish, your team becomes ineligible for Team Prizes but each individal still gets their finish time to prove to the Floor Manager that you showed up.
